Booking Conditions

1. PURPOSE
These Booking Conditions regulate the contracting of the tourist accommodation "Tarajal Seaview" through the website www.tarajalseaview.com. Making a reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the guest.

3. BOOKING PROCESS
The reservation will only be considered formalized when:The guest has requested availability,The owner has confirmed the reservation, andThe corresponding payment has been received according to the indicated conditions.Until the payment has been received, the reservation will not be considered guaranteed.
4. PRICE
The price of the accommodation is €90 per night (7% IGIC included) and an €80 cleaning fee per stay. The total amount of the stay will be communicated to the guest prior to the confirmation of the reservation.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via:Bank transfer,
Bizum. The guest must make the payment within the timeframe indicated in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the owner may cancel the pre-reservation. Any potential bank charges or commissions will be borne by the guest.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is permitted up to 5 days before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation outside this period, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. In the case of a no-show, the total amount paid will be forfeited.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The owner does not guarantee the possibility of making changes once the reservation is confirmed.
8. SCHEDULES
Check-in: from 3:00 PM (15:00) Check-out: until 11:00 AM Out-of-hours arrivals must be agreed upon in advance.
9. ACCOMMODATION RULES OF USE
The guest agrees to:Use the accommodation appropriately. Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Not exceed the number of authorized occupants.Not hold parties or events. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund.
10. GUEST LIABILITY
The guest will be liable for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay. The owner is not responsible for the loss, theft, or deterioration of personal belongings.
11. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The owner reserves the right of admission and the right to terminate the stay early in the event of a breach of these conditions or inappropriate behavior.
12. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy. Furthermore, in compliance with current regulations, guest data may be communicated to the competent authorities (traveler registry).
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute: If the guest is a consumer, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction. Otherwise, the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife shall be competent.
